Jewish Federations of North America, Intern, National Women’s Philanthropy & Major Gifts                                                                                   

  • Collaborate with the National Women’s Philanthropy (NWP) team on the International Lion of Judah Conference, a three-day event with 1,300 participants and raises over $31 million.

  • Responsibilities include organizing speaker and vendor recommendations, creating contracts and recruitment resources, and inputting marketing content to the website.

  • Consulted with and developed communications, mailings, and newsletters for National Women’s Philanthropy professional and volunteer leaders representing 148 cities.

  • Participated in and lead follow-up for the NWP Board Retreat for 100 high level lay leaders.

 

TMP Worldwide, Intern

  • Researched companies to write case studies and content audits to improve viewership.

  • Gained experience with Google Analytics, Beacon Online Database, and website design.

  • Corresponded with representatives via email and phone to create job postings.

 

Camp Pontiac, Assistant Group Leader

  • Assisted and managed group of  30+ campers and counselors, ranging from 13-25 years old.

  • Acted as a liaison between counselors and camp officials to resolve possible conflicts.

  • Oversaw everyday activities to ensure all programs run smoothly and operate efficiently.

 

Go Blue-Wear Pink, President

  • Elected President by prior electorate board to lead and organize fundraising efforts for GBWP, as well supervise our 300+ members, executive board, and committees.

  • Spearheaded a campaign that brought in about $60,000 for cancer research by means of apparel sales, CrowdRise online fundraising, and sponsorship.

  • Head liaison for GBWP with the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Ann Arbor community to coordinate events.

 

Kappa Alpha Pi, Pre-Law and Public Policy Fraternity Member

  • Gained knowledge about the law and future careers through weekly chapter meetings.

  • Developed professional skills through workshops such as mock interviews and networking.

 

Collegiate Leadership Internship Program, Cohort Member       

  • Participated in learning with a diverse group of college interns by attending weekly seminars and evening meetings about leadership, professional development, and teamwork.

  • Interned four days a week at the Jewish Federations of North America.

 

Sigma Delta Tau, President

  • First freshman president of Sigma Delta Tau at the University of Michigan.

  • Ran weekly meetings of 100+ people and managed 12 executive officers in their roles.

  • Represented Sigma Delta Tau on a national level, which involved handling internal and external communication, such as our national consultant and Panhellenic Council at UMich.

 

  • Past B’nai B’rith Youth Organization (BBYO) Chapter President.

  • Loves taking on leadership roles, reading, and writing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
